About me

Greetings!

The aim of this page is to give you a short insight into my professional services. Thank you for visiting!

I work with and for people, facilitating their own development processes, mostly in organisational context.

Strong organisations and communities are fruits of hard work with one “key component”  – collaboration skills and wills. I hope and believe that through supervision, facilitation, coaching and training I am able to provide and hold a safe space for positive impact and transformations.

My working philosophy is: to highlight the various aspects of people’s personalities and strengths, and to balance, rather than change them. It’s all about respectfully offering space, place, methods and viewpoints that could strengthen client’s knowledge, skills, and attitudinal & behavioural muscles.

I am a supporter of the systemic and process philosophy and strive to apply those principles in my daily work, helping “all voices” to be heard and seen.

I feel grateful for the opportunity to assist change and then observe how people thrive with their new ways of relating to others and themselves.

My own management and organisational experience has come through working and managing teams in finance, wholesaling, and professional services. I have 15 years’ experience working in a corporate environment and since 2010 have been running my own organisational development consultation and coaching practice “Feather&Stone”.
Since 2018 I also teach organisational and individual supervision.
